Mike Cinotti

Mike is the co-founder of Team Haiti and has been serving the ministry for more than a decade. He is the President of Mike and Doodle's Inc. dba Cinotti's Bakery and Sandwich Shop in Jacksonville Beach, FL and has more than 50 years of baking under his apron. He is a devoted husband to Doodle, a loving father to daughters, Michelle and Melissa, and an adoring ‘Pops’ to his seven grandchildren. His baking passion has merged with his ministry calling which has led to the building of a bakery in the village of Carries. Mike’s business mind and love of the Lord has provided funds and equipment for the village bakery to open in the autumn of 2020. In addition to teaching and building the bakery, Mike also teaches the bible at Grace Community Church in Haiti. His passionate work ethic and love for the people in Carries has earned him the name “Papa.” Mike continues to balance his Florida life and missionary life as he spreads the Gospel in his local community, at his church in Jacksonville, FL, as his continuing efforts with Team Haiti.

Doodle Cinotti

Doodle is the co-founder of Team Haiti and has been serving the ministry for more than ten years. More recently, she has developed a schedule which allows her to spend eight months of the year in Haiti. Doodle serves as the Vice-President of Mike and Doodle's Inc. dba Cinotti's Bakery and Sandwich Shop in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Together with her husband, Mike, she has built a strong business in which to honor God and serve her local community. Doodle is a caring wife, a giving mother, and a doting “Nana” to seven grandchildren. Her passion for serving in any capacity is evident in her work both in Jacksonville, Florida and in Carries, Haiti. Doodle’s love for the Lord and zeal for discipleship of new believers has earned her the moniker “DaDoo” among the village. Her new part-time missionary role in Team Haiti allows her to spend more time serving Mission of Grace and Foundation Guillaume in their physical needs as well as the necessary administrative and social media roles

Pastor Russell Austin
​
Pastor Russ is the founder and lead pastor at Southpoint Community Church (SCC) in Jacksonville, Florida. He has been in the ministry since 1977 and founded SCC in 1999. He serves as an invaluable member of Team Haiti as both a mentor and leader. His guidance with our leaders has enabled Team Haiti to build steadfast teams who set out with a common goal—to answer our call to serve. It is a true blessing to have Pastor Russ on our board.
Dr. Keith McLaughlin

Dr. Keith McLaughlin is Provost at Morton College in Cicero, Illinois. He holds a Ph.D. in higher education administration with specialization in community college as well as a master’s in business administration and leadership. Keith was a member of Team Haiti's inaugural trip in 2010 and has been on several visits since. He is instrumental in partner building and guides our members in their path of creating solid team sponsors which brings awareness to our mission. Keith is an inspirational leader and is full of faith. We are blessed to have him on our team.
