Brick Bread Ovens

“Taste and see that the Lord is good…” Psalm 34:8

This psalm runs through the veins of the bakery Mike and Doodle Cinotti own and operate in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Since founding Team Haiti in 2010, Mike and Doodle have felt a calling to share their experience and craft. After raising funding for the building supplies, procuring used bakery equipment, and spending an inordinate amount of time training bakers, the Cinotti’s were pleased their hard work is coming to fruition.

After the earthquake in south Haiti. Many bread ovens had fallen leaving no place to make or buy bread. Team Haiti was on the ground and saw the need for bread and jobs. Now in Plaisance we have a bread oven.

Bakers will make fresh bread for locals as well as for vendors who will sell the products in other villages. Our bread ovens will also make and deliver bread to our Elderly Home, Mission of Grace Orphanage  Foundation Guillaume School and Mission House as part of Team Haiti’s food distribution project.

Carries, Brick Bread Oven. We are so happy to have an oven now in Carries. This oven will be used to feed a soup kitchen, elderly home, school and orphanage. It will also provide jobs for vendors to sell brad on the street tomato a little income.

Sponsors to the our bread ovens will help purchase supplies and make payroll. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or you wish to further this tasty cause, please consider a donation in any amount.
